Delivery Policy

ThemeHarvest sells digital products and online services only. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

• Delivery time: instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the files are available in Account → Purchases and we email you a confirmation with your invoice.
• Manual payments (bank transfer, UPI or crypto that we confirm by hand) are delivered as soon as the payment is verified — normally within a few working hours.
• Installation and custom work ordered from an author are delivered within the time shown at checkout or agreed in the job.
• Subscriptions are active immediately after payment.
• Re-downloads and updates: unlimited, for as long as the item is available and your license is valid.
• Gifts: the recipient receives an email with a link to claim the item.
