Buying

How do I download my purchase?

Right after payment, go to Account → Purchases. Your files, license certificate, purchase code and invoice stay there for as long as your account exists — including every future update.

Which license do I need?

The Regular license covers one end product that your users are not charged for. If your end users pay to use it (SaaS, paid app, paid membership), choose the Extended license. Details: Licenses.

Why do you ask for my billing address?

Invoices must show who bought, and tax rules (GST in India, VAT in the EU/UK) depend on your country and state. We ask once, on your first purchase, and remember it.

Are there any extra fees at checkout?

Depending on the payment method, a small payment-processing or handling fee may apply. It is always shown as a separate line before you pay. See Payments, fees & taxes.

Do I get updates and support?

Updates are free for the life of the item. Author support is included for the period shown on the item page (6 months by default) and can be extended.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in the cases described in our Refund policy — request it within 15 days from Account → Purchases.

Can I sign in with Google or Facebook?

Yes, when the buttons are shown on the login page. You can connect or disconnect these logins in Account → Security.

Selling

How do I start selling?

Create an account and click Become an author. Upload your item with a preview, screenshots and documentation; our team reviews it, usually within a few working days. Read the Item upload guidelines first.

How much do I earn and when am I paid?

You keep the price minus our platform fee (see the Author agreement). Earnings are added to your balance after each sale and can be withdrawn once they reach $50.00. New earnings may be subject to a short clearance period before they can be withdrawn; any such period is shown in Studio → Withdrawals.

Affiliates

Can I earn by recommending items?

Yes. Share any page with your link from Account → Affiliate (share buttons add it automatically when you are signed in) and earn 10% of qualifying purchases. See the Affiliate program terms.
