Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property and expect our users to do the same. Authors may only upload work they created or have the right to sell, including all images, fonts, icons and code inside it.

Reporting infringement

If you believe an item or other content on ThemeHarvest infringes your copyright or trademark, submit a notice through our copyright complaint form (or email [email protected]) with:

1. your name, address, email and phone number;
2. a description of the work you own and proof of ownership where possible;
3. the exact link(s) to the content you believe infringes it;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and
5. a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, with your signature (typing your full name is enough).

What happens next

We acknowledge valid notices promptly and, where justified, disable access to the content and inform the author. The author may send a counter-notice explaining why the content is lawful; we may then restore it unless you inform us that you have started legal proceedings. Content is also removed within the time required by law on receiving a court order or a notice from an authorised government agency.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights are closed, and their earnings from infringing items may be withheld. Knowingly false notices may make the sender liable for damages.
