Acceptable Use Policy

To keep ThemeHarvest safe and fair, everyone using the site — buyers, authors, affiliates and visitors — must follow these rules. They form part of our Terms of Service and reflect rule 3(1)(b) of India's IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

You must not upload, share or sell anything that

• belongs to someone else and you have no right to it (copyright, trademark, patent, design or trade secret) — including "nulled", cracked or re-sold GPL clones of other people's products;
• contains viruses, backdoors, hidden links, cryptominers, obfuscated code meant to hide behaviour, or tracking without consent;
• is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to children;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or insulting on the basis of religion, caste, gender, ethnicity or similar grounds;
• promotes violence, terrorism, gambling, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• impersonates another person or organisation, or is designed to deceive (phishing pages, fake login pages, scam templates);
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, public order or friendly relations with other countries;
• is false or misleading information knowingly shared as fact.

You must not

• share, resell, or make purchased files publicly available outside your license;
• post fake, paid or swapped reviews, or manipulate ratings, sales or rankings;
• use self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or misleading ads in the affiliate program;
• abuse refunds or chargebacks, or use stolen payment methods;
• scrape the site, probe or attack our systems, bypass security or rate limits, or overload the service;
• contact buyers or authors to take transactions off the platform to avoid fees;
• harass other users, authors or our staff.

What we do

We may remove content, disable items, hold or reverse earnings obtained through abuse, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Report a problem using the Report link on any item, the copyright form or our Grievance officer.
